All products are sold as pre-order items unless otherwise stated.
Estimated fulfillment times for pre-orders are clearly listed at checkout under the selected shipping method. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated timeframe shown during checkout.
Orders are fulfilled once production is complete. Fulfillment time refers to the time required to prepare and ship your order and does not include carrier transit time.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Transit times vary by carrier and destination and are outside of our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If a pre-order is not fulfilled within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout, customers may request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
